Book Blogger Hop: 9/2 - 9/5

Book Blogger Hop

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly event hosted by crazy-for-books.com

This weeks question is:

What are you most looking forward to this fall/autumn season – A particular book release? Halloween? The leaves changing color? Cooler temperatures? A vacation? (If your next season is other than fall/autumn, tell us about it and what you are most looking forward to in your part of the world!)

My answer:

It's sad to see summer come to an end, but I love snow and I'm anticipating winter. There are a lot of things that I look forward to when summer ends - I'll just mention two. Hockey season starts (Yea! I love watching NHL games) and I can hardly wait for the release of Karen Kingsbury's book 'Longing' in November!

Feel free to share your answers or thoughts below and if you want to participate in the blog hop, click the picture above.

  1. This week’s question is perfect for Labor Day weekend with the “official” end of summer and all.

I’m all about fall! I love all four seasons and I’m sorry to see summer go (I hope to get in a few more swims in my pool) but I’m also amped up for Autumn.

    Why?

For most of the same reasons we all like autumn – fall foods, Halloween, the chill in the air, changing leaves and candy corn. But I’ve got a scary slant to why I’m angling for autumn. Hop on over to my book blog at http://www.howardsherman.net to read all about the murder, mayhem, seriously spooky stuff and even some BSP!

    Happy Labor Day Weekend!

  2. Just dropping by for the blog hop. I haven't been reading that series of Karen Kingsbury, but I know she is a gifted writer. Enjoy the fall season!

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
