Feedback Wanted: Book Discussions

Starting this September, I was thinking of having quarterly book discussions.

To nominate a book that you'd like us to read and discuss in two months (September), just leave a comment below.

August 1st, I'll create a poll with all of the books nominated, and then we'll vote for the one we'd like to read/discuss.

I nominate A Passion Most Pure by Julie Lessman.

I'd love to hear what you think about having book discussions. Please comment and thanks for stopping by. :)

  1. Love in Disguise by Carol Cox. I think a book discussion would be neat.

  2. Yes! I've thought about hosting something like this myself but couldn't really settle on how to do it. Love to participate!

  3. I love book discussions! I'll participate! I like your choice of A Passion Most Pure. I've had it for quite some time and this would get me to read it. It's not that I don't want to, it is just that the shelf is full! Dee Henderson has a new book out also. It is called Full Disclosure. I think that would be a great book to read also for discussion. This is her first book in something like 6 years. Great idea Melanie and looking forward to participating.

    1. Same here! I've had APMP for months, but haven't read it yet... plan on reading it in August whether or not it's the one chosen. :)

Dee Henderson's book would be good - I don't think it's out until October, though. Maybe that will be the one for December? :)

Thanks, Julie, I was a little worried about if people would want to participate. Glad you like the idea! ;)

  4. "A Passion Most Pure" is a lovely read. I do not think I have read a fiction book that equals to it!

    Have a lovely week,

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
