Seasonal TBR Challenge: Summer Edition + Spring Wrap-up

Welcome to the SUMMER edition of my Seasonal TBR Challenge. The goal is to create a list of certain books you want to read this summer and get those books off your TBR pile by the end of the challenge. :)

If you want to participate in this challenge, feel free. Just create a blog post and share the books you want to get off your TBR shelf this summer. Be sure to link to this post and comment here so I can read it. :)

Challenge runs from June 21st, 2018 to September 22nd, 2018

I'm really challenging myself this summer...I've chosen 23 books. This leaves little room for "mood" reading; but, since I've chosen a variety of genres, I don't think I'll get bored with the books. I'll be happy if I get at least 70% of these done.

My list of books I want to get off my TBR pile by the end of summer:

  1.  An Heiress At Heart by Jennifer Delamere
  2. Grace Happens Here: You Are Standing Where Grace is Happening by Max Lucado
  3. A Worthy Pursuit by Karen Witemeyer
  4. Trial Run (Fault Lines #1) by Thomas Locke
  5. Flirtation Walk by Siri Mitchell
  6. Mystery Child (Mission: Rescue #5) by Shirlee McCoy
  7. The Raven (Coffey & Hill #2) by Mike Nappa
  8. Fatal Vendetta by Sharon Dunn
  9. Heart on the Line (Ladies of Harper’s Station #2) by Karen Witemeyer
  10. With Love, Wherever You Are by Dandi Daley Mackall
  11. A Little Book on the Christian Life by John Calvin
  12. The Assault: Cycle Two of the Harbinger Series (Harbingers #5-8) by Bill Myers, Frank E. Peretti, Alton Gansky, Angela Elwell Hunt
  13. Falling for You by Becky Wade
  14. The Delusion: We All Have Our Demons (The Delusion Series #1) by Laura Gallier
  15. Storm Front (Montana Rescue #5) by Susan May Warren
  16. Fawkes by Nadine Brandes
  17. The Lost Castle by Kristy Cambron
  18. Mail-Order Bride Switch (Stand-In Brides) by Dorothy Clark
  19. Things I Never Told You (Thatcher Sisters #1) by Beth K. Vogt
  20. More Than Meets the Eye (Patchwork Family #1) by Karen Witemeyer

Spring Edition Wrap-up:

Check out my original post here: link

I challenged myself to read these ten books:

I finished ALL of them. Barely. (I finished As Bright As Heaven a couple of hours ago)
I'm so excited that I actually got them all read, as a few of them were bigger reads and kind of intimidated me.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
