Summer Lovin’ Read-a-Thon: Day Three

Who is your absolute favorite fictional female? What makes her so awesome?

I don't have one absolute favorite fictional female, so it's very difficult for me to answer that question. It'd be much easier for me to name my favorite fictional male, as there is one character (Luca from the River of Time series by Lisa T. Bergren) that just takes the cake in that category. :) 


Anyway, a favorite female character that comes to mind right now is Callie from Over the Edge by Mary Connealy. I just loved what a spitfire she was and how she was such a strong woman (especially in the opening scene!).

    I was interested in that series before but I barely finished the first one in it, unfortunately. My goodness, I don't find these questions easy. I'll go with Priscilla from The Doctor's Lady by Jody Hedlund. A woman of character and strength, she's also a very tender wife to Eli - which contributes in making their romance a passionate one - and the mother in her has a heart as big as a mountain. Very beautiful character in one of my favorite romances.

      I loved that book!! SO good! Great choice, Ganise, as Priscilla is a fantastic female character. :)
