Someone’s after his little boy.
She has one chance to save them both.
When his young son is nearly kidnapped, assistant district attorney Colton Gale needs a Christmas refuge—and a live-in bodyguard. Though ex-military police officer Jasmine McNeal fights to shield them 24/7, she refuses to get attached.
But growing close to the little boy and his father might be her only shot at keeping them alive—and becoming a family beyond the holidays.

My thoughts:
Bodyguard for Christmas is the third book in the Murphy series and I'm hoping for more...I love the town and characters. I liked how this book was different than you would typically expect -- the bodyguard was a woman.
One thing I found so sweet was how the child she was protecting started to get attached to her -- he had lost his mom, so she kind of became a mother figure to him. I liked the romance, as well.
All in all, Bodyguard for Christmas was a good read and I recommend it. You don't need to read the previous books in order to enjoy this one.
