My thoughts:

Like a Winter Snow was a sweet Christmas novella! I loved returning to Port Willis (The Secrets of Paper and Ink) and getting to see what was happening with the characters from that book.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I connected with Joy. Her story was difficult and had moments in which I felt for what she was going through. I really liked her friendship with Sophia.

The romance was heartwarming...Oliver seemed like a great guy. The ending was good and I think things wrapped up nicely.

All in all, Like a Winter Snow was just what I was hoping for and I recommend it if you are looking for a good Christmas read this year. It was written very well!
