When I saw this giveaway hop, I couldn't resist signing up! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, "Thankful for Books" seems like a fitting hop to participate in. :)

    I am thankful for having a roof over my head, food on my table, and books to read on my shelf. With the hard economic times, I know I am very lucky to have these and am taking this November to remember that.

    Thankful that my daughter and my husband are both cancer survivors. They are waiting out the years (on year 2 right now) of cancer-free status. Also, that my husband survived his 4-bypass surgery and is holding his own after 12 years. And for little things like washing machines, running water, door knobs, and books.

    There are so many things that I am grateful for-our Heavenly Father, my family, a roof over our heads, food to eat, clean water to drink...I can go on, but will stop with even this puppy on my lap! :)

    I hope to win but I feel greedy since I have won before. However, I am so thankful for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and for a loving Heavenly Father who blessed me with 8 children and 28 grandchildren. The grandchildren range from 2 months to 23 years old and most of us love to read. What a help for CHristmas theses presents would be!
