Bout Of Books 8.0 ~ Wrap-Up Post

Bout of Books

Bout of Books 8.0 is officially over. I had so much fun participating in this read-a-thon! The challenges were great and one thing that made this especially fun for me was the fact that some of my blogging friends were also participating. ;)

My goal was to read/finish 5 books this week. 

Here's what I was able to read:

Some of these books I had started before this read-a-thon began, but I'm counting them towards my goal anyway. ;) 

Total Books Finished: 7
  1. The Icing on the Cake (4 stars)
  2. On Distant Shores (5 stars)
  3. Sweet Forever (3 stars)
  4. Matched (4 stars)
  5. Whispers from the Shadows (5 stars)
  6. Into the Whirlwind (4.5 stars)
  7. The Girl Who Was Supposed To Die (5+ stars)
I read 155 pages of Petticoat Ranch, but haven't finished it yet. Soon!

Total Pages Read: 1639


I'm ecstatic about what I was able to read this week! I don't think I've ever finished 7 books in one week! :D

    Great job, Melanie! That's a lot of books in one week :D I'm glad you were able to read, and surpass, your reading goals! You did awesome :)

    And I had lots of fun keeping up with you and Brooke on twitter.. I've said this plenty of times already but I'll say it again! Doing these read-a-thons with you two is a blast! Can't wait for the next one :)
