HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I can hardly believe it is 2013! It's now time to list my favorite reads of 2012. I decided to list my top 12 (it was difficult to keep it within the limit as I read a LOT of great books in 2012).
My Top 12 Books of 2012:
12. Prince Incognito by Rachelle McCalla
11. Frantic by Mike Dellosso
10. A Bride Opens Shop in El Dorado, California by Keli Gwyn
9. When a Heart Stops by Lynette Eason
8. A Passion Denied by Julie Lessman
7. Gone to Ground by Brandilyn Collins
6. In Too Deep by Mary Connealy
5. Over the Edge by Mary Connealy
4. Beckon by Tom Pawlik
3. Love's Reckoning by Laura Frantz
2. Tributary & Bourne by Lisa T. Bergren (I read them separately, but since they are now combined I decided to list them as one). :)
1. No question about it, my FAVORITE read of 2012 was...
*drum roll*
Corridor by Robin Parrish! I even read it twice this year and definitely plan on rereading it a lot more. :)
MELANIE!!! Thank you SO very much for including APD on your list, even though it was published in 2009!! I am THRILLED it made this very impressive list, especially since I know how much you read, so BLESS YOU, my friend!!
ReplyDeleteHugs and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

DeleteI definitely want Laura Frantz's book, that one is still missing from my collection. I still need to read Lessman's books, I keep saving them.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've heaed of Parrish's book? Hmmmm
Robin Parrish is one of my all-time favorite authors! Corridor was fantastic and I can hardly wait to read the sequel when it releases. :)
DeleteYou need to read Laura Frantz's book! It was sooooo good! :)
I waited a long time to finally reading Julie Lessman's books, but I finally read the Daughters of Boston series, A Love Surrendered, and A Light in the Window last year. They were all great! :)
You've got a few good ones that I've read on your list. ;)
ReplyDelete:) Cool that we've read some of the same books. :)
DeleteThanks for sharing Melanie! Read 2 out of 12. (Lessman's and Gwyn's...both really good.)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Melanie! :-)

I just saw another blog with Tributary on a Best of 2012 list! I've only read the first two books so far, but am planning on getting to the third eventually!
