Top Ten Books I'd Give To Readers Who Have Never Read Christian YA
This is actually more than ten if you count the entire series for the books.
#2 The River of Time Series (Waterfall, Cascade, Torrent, and the novellas: Bourne & Tributary)
#3 Anomaly (Plus books two and three!)
#4 There You'll Find Me
#5 If We Survive
#6 The Homelanders
That's my top ten! Please share your list in a comment below. :)
Oooh, I loved Anomaly! (Love Krista McGee's books :D )
ReplyDeleteAll of them look really good acutally.
^_^
I've only read Krista's Anomaly trilogy...I've got to read her other books, though. :) Thanks for commenting!
DeleteLove your topic, I did the same one! The River of Time series and Anomaly series are some of my favorites, and I really need to read There You'll find because I loved the other books I've read by Jenny B. Jones!

I need to read Jenny B. Jones' other books (especially Save The Date) - hope you enjoy There You'll Find Me when you read it. Thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteYay for Anomaly, that one is indeed very good. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is. The whole series is fantastic! :)
DeleteI would have to include all of The Chronicles of Narnia series. Read them all for the first time at the beginning of this year. Great books.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your book recommendations. :)
DeleteWe have a small section in the church library dedicated to YA readers. Thanks for the suggestion but can you recommend any other books for that age group especially for boys.
ReplyDeleteThanks!

Any of Andrew Klavan's YA books (Homelanders series, If We Survive, Nightmare City), Corridor by Robin Parrish, and The Swipe Series by Evan Angler are all good books.

The book There You'll Find Me completely took me by surprise. It's very poignant, seasoned with humour, of course, à la Jenny B. Jones. If I remember correctly, you shed a tear toward the end? :) If so, I absolutely understand!
ReplyDeleteIt was a great book -- I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would. I'm not sure whether or not I cried towards the end...I might have. ;)
