The TBR Tag

This tag was created by Dana (Danasquare) & Rachel (A Perfection Called Books). I saw a couple of my blogging friends do this tag on their blogs and knew I had to participate!

QUESTIONS

How do you keep track of your TBR pile?
I have a notebook where I list my review books and I try to keep that up to date. I highlight the books off once I finish them, so it's fun seeing all the books that get read. ;)

Is your TBR mostly print or ebook?
Probably ebook, if I count all the free Kindle books I've bought. ;)

How do you determine which book from your TBR to read next?
I try to read the books with the closest blog tour dates, any buddy read books, and the review books I've had the longest, first.

I have no idea...maybe Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers?

A Book You Recently Added To Your TBR
Petticoat Detective by Margaret Brownley, thanks to Netgalley! :)

A Book In Your TBR Strictly Because Of Its Beautiful Cover
The Icecutter's Daughter (Land of Shining Water #1) by Tracie Peterson

A Book On Your TBR That You Never Plan on Reading
None that I can think of right now...

An Unpublished Book On Your TBR That You’re Excited For
There are a ton, but these are probably the four I'm most excited to read:

Checkmate by Steven James
Sabotaged by Dani Pettrey
An Uncertain Choice by Jody Hedlund
From the Start by Melissa Tagg

A Book On Your TBR That Basically Everyone’s Read But You
Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers

A Book On Your TBR That Everyone Recommends To You
The Uncommon Heroes series by Dee Henderson

A Book On Your TBR That You’re Dying To Read
A Broken Kind of Beautiful by Katie Ganshert

How Many Books are on Your Goodreads TBR Shelf?
1389. Yikes, that's a lot! That's what happens when I click "want to read" on tons of books, including ones I don't even own yet! ;)

Hope you had fun reading this post!

  1. 1300+ Books on your To Be Read?! Wow, you're worse than me, LOL! I used to have tons on Goodreads, but I've really been paring it down to books I think I will actually be reading in the near future.

    1. Lol! Yeah, I've felt like I should do that too - delete books I don't own/will never read. There are some books that I don't even know why I added them!

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
